Wooot! Modem, eh? 56K? DSL? Cable? (Not that I have anything lying around per-se)... I want it to work with dsl. but even 56k would work just to make it 'go'. I've got a sound card I don't need and numerous other spares. Including a new flat screen monitor (no box) but that would be a bit of a pain to ship anywhere. Founder of BOINC team Objectivists. Regarding the topic: Short of the obvious (donating money or decent hardware to the SETI@Home folks at Berkeley), how about some other ideas?
