Additional heat. I have a water cooled tower and under load the thing always runs hot so I can’t say on this one.
I have seen screen saver problems but I only use it once in a while so it is not a show stopper.
Memory usage. I have not seen the problem but I have 3gb so I may not be a good test case.
Application crashes, I had the problem with 5.21 but have not seen it with 5.22
Slow work units. I am having the problem but I am also having a Stupid Attack. I looked through the work unit results and am unable to find something that looks like AR. Please tell me where I am messing up or if possible, could you look at my results and get what you need. All of my SETI output was done with the standard applications so if you can go back to when 5.18 was the current level, you get what you need from those. If you need screen shots, I can provide them or if you need something special, message me and let me know. I can assist you till August 7 and then I will be gone for 2 weeks.

I will now try to summarize and comment the different problem reports....
After analysing the whole thread I see now following problems :
- System is 5°F hotter than with 5.18
-> Has other users this problem, too ?
- Sometimes screensaver did not start
- Sometimes screensaver shows strage fields
- Memory usage sometimes high
-> Has other users this problem, too ? - Bob, are you shure that you use 5.22?

I've editted the crashreporter log to show non-technical stuff for all the SaH crashes that are in the log.

Also, please verify, that you compare WUs with the AR (shown in the WU

I looked through the work unit results and am unable to find something that looks like AR. Please tell me where I am messing up or if possible, could you look at my results and get what you need. All of my SETI output was done with the standard applications so if you can go back to when 5.18 was the current level, you get what you need from those.
The AR will show on the result output field (std_err output) at the individual results of the computers list at the SETI website (your account / your computers / select the system / select the WU).
Also, Eric has announced in a other thread, that he plan to release a new version (5.23) at Monday, which solve the most issues from 5.23 :

Another SaH 5.22 issue ?
Last week upgraded from 5.21 to 5.22 after 5.21 became confused. Now when screen saver starts, the bottom left sixth of display shows garbage overlaid.
Is this likeley to be a memory faliure in this Mac (Mini Mac G4 1.42GHz, 1Gb RAM) ? No other apps seem troubled.

All this info is for ONE system. The other machine is a G4 IMac and I did not include any of its crash logs for this post.
