BUT we have a NICE rack at my place of work. I said so and the lady sitting there said "thank you" and burst out laughing. I was talking about the new rack to hold all the forms but she is such a nice person, always seeing the funny side of things, she actually made me think about what I had said! It is no wonder she is the Secretary all the public sees and also why they named an award after her!! The new rack is about 10 feet wide and 5 feet high, the old one was about 3 feet square, this one is MUCH better!! The Secretary, she is in her 60's. ID: 603942 ·

I used to have a RAC of almost 11,000 at one point, then maintained it around 5,200. However, I don't think anyone in there right mind could challenge either Mikey or myself when you look at the total work done for the project. We just voted with our RAC, not that anyone in higher authority cares, so that being the case, the expenditure of kilowatts, and the expense has gone elsewhere (volunteerism). But credits are like your education, i.e., no one can take that away from you. Account frozen... ID: 604051 ·

That's so worrying. I was expecting to turn a few PCs off by now, but the hot weather in the UK hasn't really started yet. Last year I put up with the belching heat, but no way this year. In any case, those electricity bills are so worrying. Why do we keep PCs running when when they aren't being used, when we used to switch them off because we saved electricity and didn't have to put up with the fan noise and heat pumping out?
