I fully understand what it represents. I understand the concept of 23 rows and 73 columns creating a visual message - and I understand the meaning/purpose of the message itself. BUT... What was the actual broadcast? Is it audible? How is it represented visually? Is it similar to binary code, featuring a succession of ones and zeros? If so, is the actual "text" available online? I've only found a graphic of the assembled/translated message. I'm a little confused, and would really appreciate a shove in the right direction! Thank you! that would have worked if you hadn't stopped me |
