I concur with Philadelphia. Looks like you are running the stock app instead of chikens 2.2 app. click on the result ID for the last result you returned for the E6700. IN the stderr out section, you should see something similar to the stderr_txt as your Celeron M 1.4 is putting out.

Actually,

he was catching up on some sleep that he lost during the past few weeks...

Plus, my neck is acting up. Not a prolapsed intervertebral disc yet, but getting there. Painful stuff, and it really makes sleeping tough.

So anyway :)

Ghery, I see that you're still running the 1.41 apps on your E6700. That may be the reason why it's showing lower RAC (though it shouldn't be THAT much lower than 2.2B). The 2.2B apps are definitely quicker.

So...what's in my chicken(s)?

From slowest to quickest:

First SETI cruncher ever (if memory serves): Intel P133 (long since sold, back when it was still worth something).

Current machines:

AMD Duron 1200 (Linux, SSE)
AMD Athlon 1300 (Linux, MMX)
Apple MacMini G4/1400 (OSX, AK PPC 7.1)
AMD Athlon XP 2500+ (Windows, SSE)
Intel Xeon 3.0HT (Windows, SSE3)
AMD Athlon64 3500+ (Windows, SSE2-generic)
2x Intel PD 8xx 3.2 (1 Linux, 1 Windows, both SSE3)
Intel PD 805 2.66 @ 3.85 (64-bit Linux, SSE3)
2x Intel PD 945 3.4 (64-bit Windows, SSE3)
2x Intel PD 960 3.6 (Windows, SSE3)
Intel dual Xeon 5150 2.66 (64-bit Windows, SSE3-C2)

I'm sure I left some out, but oh well :o)

Most of these machines do real work, I have only two dedicated crunchers (MacMini + PD805). RAC shot back up in meteoric style in the past few days, even though pending credit has stayed above 10K since we got underway after the outage. I was at 10+K RAC before, went down to below 2K, now approaching 9K again.

Regards,
Simon.

My coup is doing better than ever...did a couple upgrades during the outage. I am expecting to hit somewhere around 10,000 RAC. If not I will do another upgrade...LOL

Can't join the team but I did link to http://lunatics.at/ on my website. But I sure would like to see the team grow. Anyone not on a team using their apps ought to think about it, doesn't take away from your credit and helps their links.

Just now joining the ranks of the Chicken!

I have switched 3 machines over Chiken app for Seti!

One has returned several WU and others just started today. Don't laugh but here are the units -

DEAMON (1.80GHz)

IBM 300PL (863MHz)

IBM PC365 (Dual Pentium Pro 199mhz)

Will be getting the rest switched as time allows.

David

ps - If anyone might have some 128meg (128MB ECC Module 16x72-60ns, 168p DIMM, 3.3v, EDO, ECC, w/o Bf) sticks for the IBM PC365 let me know as I have another system that I can bring back online (Needed all of them in the other to run the bigger apps and BOINC)

You're sure? I check the results and they say they were run on Chicken. I run the routine to identify the proper optimize client to run, and when I tell it to install it, it says it's already there. We'll just have to see how the RAC does over the next few days. Pending list is getting a bit longer.

Thanks.

It looks like you dont have the latest version you need to download the 2.2b version of the auto installer
