Eric's script schould catch them, even if unreported. This was the case for the results les-helen-day reported. You can tell because there is a 3rd result generation for them that was either sent or marked as "didn't need". The "catch" is that if the results validate with another host, it is possible for a workunit to get assimilated/purged with a Validate Error result in the mix. Does anyone know how often the assimilation / purging happens? If it happens before the script is run, obviously the result with the Validate Error won't get any credit... ID: 679308 ·

The other question why is it still happening, les-helen-day are not using a RRI client, so must assume that is not the cause. All three WU's validated on two results so it is not an accuracy problem. No answer to your question, but, in my particular case, I guesstimate that I have lost far more credits from tripping over pre-flopcounter clients than from validate errors. Crunch on my friends. F.
