One of the 67 civilian and military videos, on the message of 18 April, at 19:19:47 UTC, the one from Chile on January 1, 2007, looks like somebody was flying a radio-controlled saucer, just like a model airplane.

[EDIT:] Here is the video we are speaking of: UFO in Chile January 1, 1007.

Doh! I was ready to prove you wrong ;) I watched it several times and here are some of what I thought were interesting observations I made to determine it was a hoax or fake and why I agree with you.

1) The cameraman seems to be determined to film something, not matter what. He is filming this "UFO" but is not too concerned to take a minute to get a five star shot of his BBQ ribs ;) So in other words, whatever it was he knew was going to be there.

And the rest of the people seem so interested/concerned.

2) I was nearly convinced until I seen this thing spin around in a circle (the same circle, speed, coarse...etc) and looked like it belonged on a mobile.

3) If you take into the account the size of the house, and the size of the object, and how poor it looks when he focues in, the thing is very very very very small. Maybe a fly?

4) There are several faint, but noticeable sun glares in the lower right corner at times, same with the object. This could well be a camera glare, or a hoax, which the likely case IMO is a hoax. (PS. Note how only he is interested in it...everyone else is laughing and having a good old time :) ).

[EDIT:] 5) New Years day...confetti? ;)

The thing looks DRAW IN, for Pete's sake.
And does this guy have an unsteady hand, or does he keep using zoom/tele or did he super-impose an image at various places in various time frames?

I found it interesting. It looks like a rock to me and the way the shadows fall on it makes it appear to be a skull. I was just curious to see what the local UFO enthusiasts thought.
