It should show you the IP address from where the laptop made its last connection. Right now it will probably show your IP address but if the laptop calls back to seti after it is turned on by the thief then it will show their IP address which can be used to track them down. There was a case here just a few months ago where this worked and the user got their laptop back so there is hope! A member of The Knights Who Say NI!
