Hi Champ!

I think your warmer weather is from El Nino, and our recent extreme temperatures are the result of global warming. People in Canada have taken notice, it's now the major political issue in the country, according to the polls.

Hello Beets. Thanks for the breakfast.

Today we have 9°C outside. Very warm for febuary. Spring is coming very early this month.
Is this the global warming or el ninhio?

Good Morning, everyone!

Another cold and snowy day outside here. In fact, we're having a blizzard. So how about some Eggs Over Easy for breakfast today?

About Brittany: Why is head-hair so important to our idea of beauty anyway? Brittany got the publicity she wanted, and I think she's still a pretty girl. That video and the recent photos put her at her worst, on purpose. She'll get to wear outrageous wigs now, and she won't have to fuss with her hair every day for a while.

BALD BRITNEY BREAKDOWN

It's weird, they spend so much time and energy on becoming seen and be famous, and when they have got what they worked so hard to become, they suddenly can't take it anymore.

Wanna see my workplace?

I asked if I could take some pics and here they are:

My desk with the computer, the keyboard and the screen

The whole desk

Another desk out to the street, nobody sits there. The entrance door is right to the left

The aquarium

View to the kitchen/canteen

This is not a workplace though

The sofa group

Our lunch break table

The kitchen

My desk from the other angle

Besides this there are big offices for each of the managers, and a workplace for the third, who didn't wanted to have his pic taken. There is a very nice bathroom and a room for courses, which I didn't take any pics of either.

I am very happy to work there, the people are very nice and the work is interesting.

Jeepers! That's nice! It beats the pants off of the Dilbert-style cubicles where I've been working.

Yes, the office is a very nice place, and the managers really want to create a nice environment there. You should see the bathroom and the course room! :-O And the managers' offices are very nice also. The first thing you notice when you enter is the big aquarium and the nice open space. It's light, even it's kind of dark, because of the windows and glass room divider between the kitchen/canteen and the office room and the lamps. Suitable for the eyes with the screens and the table lamps.

Pawly, they sell Business solutions and accountancy programs, and the one I'm learning right now is C5, also known as NAV, and the three books on my table are the manuals for that program!

I'm getting certified in all modules for the program and I'm getting trained to become a consultant for the costumers.

At the moment I'm working there as an intern, and I'll take the certificates, the first one on the course I'm attending at March the 5'th, but my wardrobe needs an upgrade too! I'll need some new clothes as I will be representing the firm also. They are very elegant dressed, specially one of my bosses, Jinnie, she is very elegant. I'm used to be dressed in my jeans and sweaters, so I look like a sparrow there. But I refuse to wear high heeled shoes! Only low heeled pumps for me!

VERY nice Fuzzy! You seem to be in the lap of luxury! Very comfortable and warm looking. May I ask what type of work is done there? I'm guessing not clerical. ;-)

Happy St. Valentine's Day to all!!

Beets, don't be so cynical. Celebrate early and save like I do!! ;-) You don't have to spend a lot of money or any at all really, it's what's in your heart that counts.
