All of a sudden a big mealey pudding came flying through the air!

Hello there Dan and Doc.

Weather here, unlike Mike in his part of Germany, is again bright (very bright), sunny and nearly coludless. Winds are only just noticable (smoke is not going up vertically) and the temperature is a bracing 3 C.

Really nice, and the 5th day in a row I've been able to give the dogs (all 4) a decent walk!
It's good to be back amongst friends and colleagues

We're expecting between 6 and 8 inches of snow in the next 24 hours! Should be amusing :P

We are supposed to get 2 inches of rain over the next couple of days. And snow in the hills. We shall see though.

If we do, then the usual will happen ...

the UK will size up, as if we had some real deep snow and drifting. The police will advise motorists not go out unless your journey is vital for the community or the country. Most of the people venturing out will get stuck, because they havn't the faintest idea of how to drive their cars in that type of conditions, and most will abandon their vehicles and block the roads for everyone else.

Oh joy!
