Its a little confusing to me.
I dont know the names wich are listed.

I would prefer 4 or 5 stars and smoking at the room should be alowd.

Well, first you need to decide which part of central london you want to be based in. Secondly any 4 or 5 star hotel listed there will be of a pretty good standard. Most will have at least a few smoking rooms althought that is rapidly going out of fashion. I assume you are not looking for the Ritz or something of that level.

I clicked on the 4 star link first, then picked the Mayfair/Oxford st/West End link which is the posher part of London.

Any of those at about £80 per night per person should be OK. I've never stayed in any of them in London, but I have stayed at a Holiday Inn and a Radisson Edwardian in other places in the UK and found them acceptable.

Most of the 5 star in that area range from £100 night upwards.
