Gkrellm...it is used so I can remotely monitor the miksbawx.org server (which sits in my office here at home)

Trilobyes? You got sea faring dinosaurs in your desktop? hehe (did ya mean 'terabytes?)

[edit] sorry Michael, just saw you suggesting it. I only have 1 terabyte between all my discs, but most of it is is just peacefully grazing these days :)

Smoke :o) ... It's an nVidia demo for the 8800, very nicely done.


That reminds me of some real-time FFT demos that simulate smoke. Quite a while ago now... I've got an example, somewhere.

Meanwhile, just to add to the screenshots list... :-)

The slide presentation is a "DFT" example (not mine). There's some very clever juggling for the FFTs and FFTWs...

Here's a couple of snapshots of my Sabayon desktop.Downsized from the original 1280x1024 to comply with photobucket's max size limit.AIGLX, Beryl, and Emerald are in use. Color scheme, and wallpaper are my work.Emerald theme is a re-coloring of the original SabayonLinux theme.
