I have two cpu in my computer

but only one cpu is running

where is another one?

In your account edit General preferences - Processor usage - On multiprocessors, use at most 2 processors.
Click Update at bottom of the page.
In the Boinc manager Projects tab. Select Seti. Click update. If your system is dual core or has Hyper-Threading a second WU will start crunching.
