Problem: No option to join the team, Members (with credit) 0.

Team: Richard Dawkins Foundation for Reason and Science

I was told by someone that was trying to join that they couldn't. Well I checked and saw that there was no option to join, unlike the Einstein project that does.

I searched but I can not find any option that would enable/disable that feature.

Any thoughts?

On the page of the team I see

Join this team Join.

Joining that team should not be a problem.

If not already joined to a team, on the page of Your account you find
Team None (find a team)
When clicking on "find a team", it brings you here giving the possibilty to join any team.

hello, i've got the same problem.
i have no team yet,
i would like to join "L'alliance francophone : http://setiathome.berkeley.edu/team_display.php?teamid=35851

unfortunately there's only an "Initiate team founder transfer" option,
although the team seems quite active.

anyone can help or explain me what for?

thanks,

Mathieu

Go to the your account section on the webpage, scroll down a bit and you will see the Team options. OR you can go over to the TOP Teams section on the webpage and the Team and then click Join. The option "initate transfer IS a choice for the Seti Germany Team for me, I have no clue why I am not a member of that Team. Maybe click on a different one but do not join it, then come back to the one you want to join.

As long as you don't blame me for my non-existent French.
I try to not judge people on their profiencey of languages. I speak (US)English, but have been known to slaughter it occasionaly.

Hey,

Thanks for the reply. I did check the other day and it was there, the join option. But now another user wanted to join and got the same thing, no option to join.
