After successful building boinc 4.05,
i've tried to build seti_boinc 4.03(29/8/2004)
but without any luck.

i have gcc 3.3 compiler

after
./configure;cd client;make
i get:

g++ -g -O2 -DHAVE_CONFIG_H -DTEXT_UI -DNDEBUG -DCLIENT -I.. -I../db -I/export/dev/boinc/api -I/export/dev/boinc/lib -I/export/dev/boinc/image_libs/ -M *.cpp > dependencies
`../aclocal.m4' is up to date.

and nothing built of course.
Any clues? Advices?

Have you tried to compile from the seti_boinc directory instead of the client directory.

Yep. No luck here either.

seti_boinc 2 #make
(cd client; make all)
/usr/ccs/bin/ar r libooura.a fft8g.o
ar: cannot open fft8g.o
No such file or directory
ar: fft8g.o not found
*** Error code 1
make: Fatal error: Command failed for target `libooura.a'
Current working directory /export/dev/seti_boinc/client
*** Error code 1

Well after some thought i've compiled manually fft8g
and understood that Makefile is a mess.
I've compiled everything manually, and ... i've got something...
i'll see what it does.
