On september 27 I made a transaction to buy a pen to colaborate with the SETI project.

Since then I have sent 6 email asking for information to the only contacts available, but none of them is a contact on the store and they say they can't help me.

I also made 3 phone calls to UPS searchig for the shipment and nobody knows nothing about it.

I don't understand why setiathome-store is unavailable to give information about an order...

Hope somebody in the site knows who am I to address on this question. Thanks.

Yes... I wrote 3 emails to the given address but they do not reply. I wrote also to Yahoo Shopping and they said that they manage the order but only the "merchant" has all the documentation... That's the reason why I want to contact someone from the shop itself. There 3 parties involved:

Seti store, Yahoo Shopping and Trademark...

I've wrote 6 emails to the last two with only one answer: only the vendor can solve my problem.

Try emailing David Anderson, whose email address you can find here. Complain to him that the store won't take your complaints.

Thank you for the tip, the problem has been solved. This may be of interest to anybody interested in helping Seti with the purchase of one of the products.

Personally I selected an "Astronaut Pen", just in case... What would I do if, having a close encounter of the third type, I had to write down my impressions during our space travel... :)

I recently got a response to an email I sent last month. It ended up in my spam folder so make sure you check yours too if you are awaiting a response.
