I totally forgot about this movie back on your Thanksgiving Day, this is the coolest Thanksgiving party ever: The Band's farewell concert The Last Waltz. It's made as a movie by Martin Scorsese. The Band was: Rick Danko Levon Helm Garth Hudson Richard Manuel Robbie Robertson The guests were: Bob Dylan Eric Clapton Neil Young Joni Mitchell Van Morrison Neil Diamond Emmylou Harris Muddy Waters The Staples Ringo Starr Ron Wood Dr. John Paul Butterfield Ronnie Hawkins This was the final song from the concert (Which I have in vinyl and on dvd) I Shall Be Released Enjoy. And I'll watch the movie again one of the next days. :-D "I'm trying to maintain a shred of dignity in this world." - Me

How about some David Bowie? Life On Mars? "She could spit in the eyes of fools, as they ask her to focus on, sailors fighting in a dance hall, Oh man! look at those cavemen go, it's the freakiest show, take a look at the lawman beating up the wrong guy, Oh man! Wonder if he'll ever know, he's in the best selling show, is there life on Mars?" flaming balloons |

Good pick Fuzzy. The following track I used to play every Sunday morning at one time. A 'low' title, but turn up the volume and it used to pick me up after a Saturday night out on the tiles. I know it's Saturday right now and I have the exhast to fix, the leaves to sweep, and the Christmas lights to put up, but what the heck, Elton John rocks! Art Garfunkel's Bright Eyes from I remember the movie very well. I even read the book before I saw it. I was going out with a vegitarian at the time. She was saving the pandas, the world, and loved all animals, including me. She made it on the front page of the national papers, the first woman to assert her right to play snooker in a UK pub. The landlord didn't come to defend himself in court. He let his lawyer read out a statement in court. "Women are for giving flowers to". That was his defence. Yes Dune, I was looking for Art and Paul's version when I came across the young lady. I thought it merited a listen, and liked it very much. It's the lyrics of this song that does it for me; here is a version with lyrics Account frozen... |

She's beautiful Ice. A little touching up around the corners, & presto, a touch of greatness. A very young Simon & Garfunkel. Account frozen... |
