The skies are finally clear in my part of New Mexico. I emptied the 4 inches of water in my rain gauge today; that's just a weeks worth and it hasn't rained here in the last 3 days. It's been cloudy or raining for almost 8 weeks now, not a good skywatching summer this year but it is the greenest I've seen in NM in the 16 years I've lived here.
