I got _one_ WU. That will only keep my compter busy for a few hours. Hopefully by then the load is off the scheduler and I can get a few more.

Well they said 100 000 are ready while S@H Boinc has 40 000 users guess what we get 3 hours of work, at least those lucky ones who can connect to the servers. I rather stick to classic as long as BOINC goess off more than once a week.

I got twenty units (45 minutes ago) after one hour not being able to connect.

Thank you Berkeley for your immense efforts of the last 48 hours!

mine has done that too. I guess it's pausing cpdn to make "room" for sah. As cpdn wu's take so long to finish it doesn't finish the wu's at one go when you're participating in other projects too, but pauses once in a while to let the other project have some cpu-time. This way you won't pass the deadlines :-)

I got ONE unit:

SETI@home - 2004-08-29 21:07:39 - Started download of 25ap04aa.23553.19314.454834.206

SETI@home - 2004-08-29 21:11:27 - Finished upload of 25ap04aa.23553.19314.454834.206_0_0

SETI@home - 2004-08-29 21:11:19 - Computation for result 25ap04aa.23553.19314.454834.206 finished

--- - 2004-08-29 21:11:19 - Insufficient work; requesting more

SETI@home - 2004-08-29 21:11:19 - Sending request to scheduler: http://setiboinc.ssl.berkeley.edu/sah_cgi/cgi

SETI@home - 2004-08-29 21:11:23 - Scheduler RPC to http://setiboinc.ssl.berkeley.edu/sah_cgi/cgi succeeded

SETI@home - 2004-08-29 21:11:23 - No work from project

And now no more - gee, thanks "SETI@home" for giving me 1 unit that took 3 minutes & 40 seconds to crunch to completion.....!

If only this WU was via SETI Classic, I'd be up the rankings in no time...!

S'pose I should be grateful for small mercies.

What was that about their being 500,000 WU's tonight (UTC time)??

BOINC is now v 4.05

The SETI client is now v4.03

So, all is OK - there's now problem with these version numbers.
