1. Qg6, threatening mate on f7
1. ... Rf8 (because, as your title indicates, the pawn on f7 "can't" capture)
2. Qh7 mate

So given this I'd say move queen to g6 and then see what black does and you'd have one of the two above checkmate senarios.
