LOL, yeah back in the "old" days of 2.6 M Results in Progress, you could sneak a late return back in once in a while if it wasn't too late (a few hours or so). Doesn't look like you can get away with that anymore, though! ;-) Alinator |

From the result page it looks like the others all handed in their work unit about five days earlier, so then it was already validated and not kept long enough for your "late" result to be processed. I would hope that positive validation would result in credit if you're later than the rest, as long as you don't get past the deadline. But it looks like the unit you're refering too also passed its deadline (only by some 11 hours, but still), which is why it was already purged from the validator database... |

The result ID at http://setiathome.berkeley.edu/result.php?resultid=350585800 shows a Validate State = Result was reported too late to validate QS |

My work computer just completed a workunit, reported the unit to the Seti/Boinc Server(s), and issued me "zero" credit for it. This is strange since other units completed this workunit and got thier credit for it. What the heck is going on here??? Can someone please explain??? Workunit Id in question: 83991469 |
