Today after i update all my projects in the only pc i have. i saw that somehow i left my team in 3 projects that im inactive ; i think that the founder could have kick me out.
The problem is that one of this projects i was the founder... , the team didnt desapear and i still am the founder.
After this i joined the same team, and updated boinc, everything ok , but after some minutes i was out of the team again.

We're discussing the same problem on the Beta/Astropulse site too.

Seems like this has been happening to several people -

Something wrong with the teams database ????

Yeah, Shari has left and rejoined 2 or 3 times now. She must be getting tired of it.

Yep, poor Stefan over at Astropulse/Beta has been booted off the Boinc Synergy teamlist more times than he'd care to think about. I hope it all gets resolved soon. It must be terribly frustrating.

It's becoming an epidemic. But I've notified David and Matt about it earlier today after reading Stefan's post in Q&A. So it isn't a hacked account and change of password that will fix it then. I've just sent 3 updated emails to D&M. :)

Ricardo, same questions for you:
Which BOINC version are you using and what connect to network interval are you using? Will you be dropped off after BOINC has made contact or also just some place in the middle?

I had somebody posting this on my site as well.

How many of you who have 'lost' their team are attached to BAM! for that project?

The bug was BAM! (or better: AMS) related. It's a bug in the BOINC server code.

The "quit team even if you don't want to bug" was introduced with the fix for the "can't quit even if you want to bug".

There is now a fix, but as usual, not all projects will update quickly.

I just tested, and it seems most projects still use the code that won't let you quit a team.
