People who are pulling onto the street you're driving down and they wait until the last second and then pull out in front of you. Then they drive 15 MPH under the speed limit while you're bearing down on the arse end of their car. This happened to me yesterday.... )-:< I get that alot where I'm at. They just have to hurry to get out in front of you then crawl. When I used to have a little Chevette (121 hamster power), I put a locomotive air horn in it for awhile, connected to a couple of air tanks strapped in the back seats. When someone pulled that stunt on me, I pushed the horn valve and scared the hell out of them. They picked up speed quick when they heard that horn.
