Check the Commands menu. Make sure 'Run based on preferences' is selected.

Boinc V7.2.42
Win7 i5 3.33G 4GB, GTX470

I modified my preferences and chose to have it run only when computer is not in use (after 3 minutes).
I synch'd my local machine to get the new preferences. I also stopped and started boinc after that. I just used the windows task manager and found that "it" is still running even as I type this message. What's up?
