Well, I have waited and waited. Looks like my problem is down to my login. I have tow login's HunterP and hunterp. Now I have never used uppercase for a login so lets get someone from the admin depatment working on a fix for case sensitive logins.

My problem still stands. HunterP data needs to be ADDED to the hunterp credits.

Actually the problem is with your e-mail account. That is the unique identifier that Boinc based projects use. The username is not unique in any way. Last time I checked there were 6 accounts with my handle.
It looks like the only way to fix your little problem would be to go in and manually repair your account. This is not likely to occur. Between the Boinc, Seti and Seti-enhance projects UCB have 6 paid employees and a handful of student volunteers. With more than 400,000 accounts they really don't have the time to clean up peoples bad account unless it somehow impacts directly on the project.

Did you tried to use this form by filling in the upper and bottom part in order to link your Classic stats to your Boinc account?

Yup! Filled it all in. Had new acct key, classic password, have same email for many years now... Seemed to go through smooth. Any ideas?

Yes, that is true. Your old SETI stats will always be seperate from the new BOINC stats. All the stats have been updated as of Jan. 5th, 2006. Everyone starts BOINC at zero credits.

Hello, Looks like this is an age old problem for you.

I have an account that has been in use for 3years+. I would like to transfer all of the credits from my Classic setiathome login to my new boinc account (yes, I have lost my classic account password).

When I try to move my account I get the following display
"Sorry, we can't change the email address of your account to xxx@yyy.zzz,
because an account with that email address already exists."

I can let you have all of the details of both of my accounts apart from my password.
