Ignore them. There was a sending problem server side. I incurred 16 ghosts on 12/6-12/8 (when the servers were hosed) according to my results page. Theres a Fine Line between Hobby and Mental Illness. |

There appear to be two WU's that are MIA on my system. The following anticipated result files for these WU's will never be returned from my computer. These are what is commonly called "ghost WUs" - no problem, they will be reissued once they pass the deadline. If it happens a _lot_, you may have a network problem. A few every once in a while just means that there was a "hiccup" somewhere, anywhere, between you and the server while they were "in transit". Could be related to your app_info issues, but could equally not be. and 176078904 is indicated as being "ready to report", and yet the status of that result is still pending. Three other results have already been submitted for that WU. Results are not reported immediately after upload; this occurs some time later (the ideal is to collect a batch and report them all at once), to reduce the load on the server. It is the reporting that changes the status on the server. If you want to report it "now", select SETI in the Projects tab and click on "Update". |

Three other results have already been submitted for that WU. I believe there was a hiccup after upgrading to Crunch3r's P3 SSE optimized SETI app (166.03 Windows SSE Intel Pentium3 V2.09s) with respect to the app_info.XML that was included with that version of Crunch3r's optimized SETI app. Anyways, apart from the WU indicated "ready to report" the first two WU's for those result files are not on my system. FWIW, I just implemented Cruch3r's 166.05 Windows SSE Intel Pentium3 V2.09s and the associated app_info.XML looks just like the one included in Marisan's YAOSCW K r81 P3 (that app_info.XML seemed to work fine in conjunction with Cruch3r's 166.03 SSE Intel P3 v2.09s). |
