The original "SETI Classic" was supposed to be 2 years. It lasted 6. I don't think there is a planned end to SETI/BOINC, as there are more different sources of data and ways to analyze the data being worked on. |

They are also going to try to reuse the same data collected for AstroPulse. When you can show "multiple use" of source data collected you stand a better chance of getting funding and support. The costs of data collection are lower for each project also ... |
