It doesn't work

I had no trouble using it on any of my xp machines, especially the firewall. first time it was opened, windows asked if i wanted to let it through the firewall, i said yes. If you dodn't it can be added by going to control panel -> windows firewall -> exceptions -> click add program, search for the boinc exe and add it to the list. Thanks for the reply Josh. I followed your advice but the program was already on the list. After reinstall it seems to be working OK and communicating. I did change some of my setup preferences. Maybe that made the difference.
