First you need to provide more details about where the problem is.

From your account info you seem to have downloaded a WU on the 8 Dec.
Do you see it in your Work tab.
Is the Transfer tab clear of this WU?
If not what does the Status column say.

edit
did you turn off Seti-Clasic?

I am this close to dropping my work on SETI because I cannot get BIONC to run. I cannot seem to get any answers. I had 4227 unit credit on Seti@home. Want to help or just have me go away?
