In old-time seti@home you could compare cpu performance through SetiSpy. How do I do that in BOINC? According to the comparison chart in SetiSpy a P2-266 (at 66Mhz memory speed) is almost as fast as a AMD K6III-450 (at 100 Mhz memory speed), but the latter runs circles around the former when doing BOINC-Seti here at home. Has some Intel adept fiddled around the with performance charts? Is a Opteron better than a AMD64X2 or a AMD64FX?
Are there decent performing Intel cpu's outside the Pentium-M and the Itanium-2?

Marisan reference page - never used SetiSpy, so I don't know how the information compares...
