I waited a couple of days for the scheduler to be running again, but now I still get messages like:

11/09/2005 11:10:57 AM|SETI@home|Deferring communication with project for 1 minutes and 31 seconds

This is my first attempt at using the BOINC system. I used to use the classic version.
