Now I can believe one person being naive enough to post their e-mail address on a public forum, but I think I've noticed at least 5. As they say in the Westerns, 'Once is coincidence, twice means someone's out to get you'.

But if this is some sort of phishing expedition, do they really think we are stupid enough to fall for it? That's when I started to think it was the coffee.

There's always someone out there that's willing to put their brain into neutral and comply which is why phishing scams still continue.

Agreed. I'm simply amazed at some of the scams going around. They are so blatantly obvious and look like someone with a 3rd grade education typed them up, yet the only reason they exist is because people do fall for them.

To truly explore, one must keep an open mind...

Probably I've been drinking too much coffe again, but I'm wondering if someone is phishing for email addresses on the Q&A forums. And very crudely too.

The reason is that I've noticed that quite a few posts from newbies asking for help on getting seti up and running , but wanting that help e-mailed to them at an address in the post.

Now I can believe one person being naive enough to post their e-mail address on a public forum, but I think I've noticed at least 5. As they say in the Westerns, 'Once is coincidence, twice means someone's out to get you'.
