Okay. I was running the Darwin version. Yay 4.19 and I saw that 4.4.3 was posted. Yay.

I installed boinc manager w/screen saver. It works. However it appears to still be running 4.19 and 4.43.

So I have this Darwin client downloaded and if I expand it, I get two files BOINC and the CMD one. I tried running Boinc (you get terminal) it starts but then stops and I can't type anything. I am just so confused.

I've tried and tried and I need help.

According to your results page, you're calculating nicely. You have 9 results finished so far using the BOINC Manager (4.43) client. Your last WU was returned a little over an hour ago. Your results show that you are also running SETI Client 4.18, which is the "standard" client that comes with the BOINC Manager 4.43.

Thank you. My brain didn't quite grasp this bit of trivia and I thought it wasn't installed properly.

I've just (I hope) fixed the fact it's created multiple IDs for my computers. Yay Merge? :)

You can merge the multiple computers (assuming they are really the same computer...), if you want to - but it's not necessary, as all the credits still go into your same account.

Now, if you really want some speed, you could install the optimized BOINC from Team MacNN, and the latest (Alpha-test) version of the SETI BOINC client - the combination shoud give you somewhere between a 200% and 300% increase in work units completed.
