Since being up in michigan: 1) my coffee pot broke, the same day my laptop crashed. Bought new Bunn, reloaded OS 2) Laptop crashes again, reload OS and buy new laptop. 3) TV dies, buy new tv 4) On my second of 22 bags of Quikrete, my mixer died (gears shot), and I had to mix it by the old Wheelbarrow and Hoe method. OH yeah, and shitty service ticks me off too. I called the power company on Thursday to see if someone could swing by on Monday, Tuesday, or Wednesday and swing the lines from the old pole to the new pole (18" away). Once I finally got through 2 (two) seperate electronic menus, the girl says "I just submit the request, a "Power Specialist" (whatever that is, and I'm an electrician and don't know) will be contacting you within 5 business days to schedule a survey". Schedule a survey????? Just bring the damn truck and move the damn line 18 inches. Cripe. ID: 141406 ·
