It may've happened here before, but I haven't seen it: A WU of mine finally managed to upload and I got 100% and all bits and bytes cheched. Then, it hunged... and suddenly it reverts back and now says 0% and "3 hours and 10 mins"! So I guess communication dropout are in several areas. Got the same thing today as well. My slowest (PIII, 730 Mhz) uploads and downloads as if there were no problems at all. It finishes a result every 6:xx hrs. Too many WUs to turnin, and no new ones coming. This machine is now out of work. When will this situation be resolved so that the spare cpu clock cycles can get active again? I know the workers are working on it, just letting you know that I am now down until it is resolved. Until it is up and running correctly again, I'll have to turn off BOINC. To remind yourself, stick a bunch of sticky notes to your monitor. Thats how I remember. LOL :-) Hang in there, it will get going again. It always does. ID: 139049 ·
