Can't I just continue to use the classic seti version? This Bonic version won't work and not the classic version has been deleted I'm doing nothing! Where can I go to download the classic version again & continue with that! If I can't, than how do I get this Boinc version to work?

Please contact me at BHBplus@aol.com with a link for the classic version (preferred) or instructions to make this Boinc version work.

The BOINC/SETI has been having trouble all day with the scheduler. You may want to keep trying BOINC but it has been hit or miss in connecting. The old SETI site may still work. I haven't tried it lately. I believe you can still run both but you will need to run one or the other at a time. Take one of them out of your startup folder.

Occasionally the servers go down. Even on Classic Seti they went down. So you can either twiddle thumbs or signup with a couple of other projects & do useful work even though seti is down.

If you really must, try going to seti classics home page, it's still there of course and the downloads are still there of course. It's still running of course.

I think the seti classic home page would be the best place to find info on classics termination.

Try googling "seti classic"
