It's actually from an Apple Easter Egg - Some of the ROMs had "What are you staring at?" in them, some had "Stolen from Apple Computer", and one had pictures of the development team. If anyone had made an Apple clone (this was in the 680X0 days), Apple would ask to see the ROM dump. If the Easter Bunny reared his head, it meant $6M for Apple...
