Do you have write permission to those files?

That can be an indication that BOINC/SETI was installed under an administer account, and you are running it under a user account.

If you are running using a user account it might be too your advantage to install 4.25, this has an install option to allow muttiple users to run or even install as a service so that it will run with no none logged in.

You need to get this fixed, when I checked your computers you have at least 20 registered, and likely you have only one. So after you get it fixed, you need to merge all the computers into one.

This message comes normally up if that (these) files are in use.

Antivirus, Spyware program are even a second Boinc, if I remember correctly, that is (are) running can be the cause of it.
See also Paul's documentation about that error code.

I'm running BOINC 4.19 under Windows XPsp2

On connecting to SETI@home I get the messages
2005-04-18 17:58:41 [SETI@home] Can't write account file: -109
2005-04-18 18:00:04 [---] Couldn't write state file: -109

What does it mean and what can I do about it?
