XP SP2 has a firewall that is now turned on by default. You have to configure this firewall to let BOINC connect to the internet.

Copied the account files as suggested and this is the result. The PC I am trying to run this on has no firewall and does not use a proxy. It is running thru the same router as my other machine which has no problems so I don't think it's a router issue. Any other suggestions would be appreciated.

I am trying to add a 2nd computer to my existing account and keep getting the following error when I input the URL & acc #

"BOINC couldn't get main page for http://setiathome.berkeley.edu/
Please check URK and try again"

The Messages tab reads:

Master file fetch failed
Resetting project
Detaching from project

If anyone has any suggestions I would be greatful.
