how can i speed up the processing of data, it seems all of the files i get it takes 6+ hours to complete. i have a 1.8Mhz processor with 1.5GB of memory and plenty of HD space with a DSL connection

Kill the screen saver, it helped my P4 1.8..... I have found that keeping all my drivers and BIOS up to date helps...
