I keep getting these messages:

SETI@home - 2005-02-21 19:44:09 - signature verification error for better_banner.jpg

and

SETI@home - 2005-02-21 19:44:09 - Checksum or signature error for better_banner.jpg


Does anyone have an idea what the problem is & a solution?

You need to try the donwload again, it is erroring out and not restarting the download. Are you using version 4.19? I'll bet you are using ver 4.13 or earlier.
