Massive Censorship at Predictor Boards!

Predictor@home is censoring massively at their boards and is restricting the freedom of opinion of their registered users in an inappropriate manner. After a discussion had started about the attitude of the project administration towards a big cheating issue in this thread that thread was closed immediately to avoid any different opinion. After that any new discussion thread and any question concerning "censorship" were "answered" with the immediate deletion of the postings/threads. Even accounts were fully blocked for posting (in my case until the year 2038!!). In between even account creation was disabled to prevent the "bad users" from posting further questions. After that didn't help meanwhile whole IP ranges are blocked from access to the complete Predictor homepage! I think it is not acceptable that the freedom of opinion is restricted in that way and I want to ask the BOINC community members to form an opinion about this. Try for yourself and start asking about this all at the P@H message boards! There's an ongoing discussion over at the BOINCstats forum, where also the beginning of this whole mess is to be found. Did they behave that strange before? This David Braun isn't a scientist or anything. He isn't in the Molecular Biology faculty directory either. If you take a liberal read of his title he's basically in charge of their I/T dept. So he isn't gonna care about the "science" and loss of crunchers. Here he is!  "You are banned for life!" But if people feel strongly enough about it they can take the issue to his boss. And would you drive over to them for me?! :-) Gas is 3.12/gal. and I'm clear across the county. Team Calm Chaos officially joins the ban on Predictor@Home! In support of Teams BOINC Synergy and BOINC@Heidelberg, (and others affected by being banned at Predictor by Predictor@Home's obviously lame and tainted "management"), Team Calm Chaos is stepping up and joining the BOYCOTT and ban of the Predictor Project. I have taken liberty of posting this, (see below), in a couple of Threads in Number Crunching at SETI@Home, our Team Recruitment Thread at SETI@Home, a Thread in the SETI@Home Cafe, and now here in this Thread: ============================================ OK - This really REALLY ticks me off!!! The Admins/Mods at Predictor are actively banning ANYONE who speaks out against Wate, (the hacker/criminal element that used a Trojan to blindly install BOINC on computers without the owners of the computers knowledge; nor consent), in any way shape or form. According to Saenger, this blatant heavy handedness occurred today. See the following: Members banned at Predictor. Trojan boinc installation by rogue member. I highly suggest that any Calm Chaos Teammates presently crunching for Predictor cease and desist crunching for that Project until they lift the ban on the 20+ Boinc Synergy crunchers, as well as others whom are presently banned for only utilizing the First Amendment, "Free Speech". Wate is the proven criminal and hacker, and Predictor and Staff need to zero out Wate's credits and ban him/her, not the innocent people lodging an honest complaint! ============================================ In response to my above posting; our Team's Co-Founder, (and resident SETI Moderator), Knightmare has detached from Predictor. Other Team Calm Chaos Members are "suspending", "No New Work"-setting, or otherwise "detaching" from Predictor; as well. Let's all join together in banning Predictor until their "management" wakes up and smells the First Amendment rights of the United States of America, (and other Countries' Free Speech laws), and rescinds the ban of the BOINC Synergy, (et. al.), Members at Predictor @Home; further, realizing that they need ban Wate, and zero out Wate's credits at Predictor, (like other Projects already have), in the name of justice!!! (OK, so I may be on a Soap Box here; however, I really hate what I'm reading about Predictor@Home's actions.) In doing what they've done, the "management" at Predictor is truly sanctioning Wate and Wate's actions; which are ILLEGAL and have, (as posted in other Threads), already negatively affected BOINC Projects everywhere, publicly in print!!!
