I have to say KT is brill, particularly like another place to fall. No angel fell as deep as the angel trying to keep you.

How about Dido? I can't take too much all at once.....she makes me a bit...ahemmm.....let's just say she makes Callisto feel like picking flowers. :P

No Angel

Vid's good.....Spike has got to be my favourite Buffy character.

Now....work....throw a sickie....work....throw a sickie?? Decisions, decisions.

Throw it baby. Life's too short.

LOL!..I know I sent you the tunes but have a look at the vids. Good for getting it all out, believe me.

Best played full blast in a darkened room :D

Linkin Park ~ From The Inside

Linkin Park ~ One Step Closer

Well Fuzzy, you've listened to Korn & your ears did not bleed

Here's something a little less...um...shall we say, enthusiastic? ;P

Korn ~ Another Brick in the Wall

Personally, I like this version the better.....but don't tell anyone I said that:D

No, I listened to some of it. The problem was that the titles of the songs, didn't come through on the burned cd, so, as that person I am, I type them myself, I find the cd in question and then I simply type in the data. But in the case with the Korn cd, there is 24 songs on it, and there's only 15 on the "official" cd. I tried to see if you had mixed Toxicity with System of a Down, but the numbers of the songs don't match, so I tried to listen to the samples in iTunes to define the songtitles, but I gave up.

So I have now decided I will listen to it all, and if I don't like it, I'll delete it. And if there are some songs among them I like, I can then try to figure out the songtitles for them. But it became pretty late last night.

Yes, I really really like the Linkin Park videos! :-D

Mmmmm....I wonder what happened there. I can't remember, maybe I put in some xtra tracks & forgot to write it on the cd. With the SOAD, then yes, I remember that I had 1 blank cd left & just chose random tracks to fill it up. If track #14 is Ariels then you've got the whole of Toxicity & random SOAD

I'm so sorry Fuzzy I should have put in a list, but I just forgot.....I was so tired that week :(

You might like this LP vid LP ~ Breaking the Habit. I really like it....when you first start watching you think it just a old YouTube that someone's done....but it isn't :)

Also have you heard of 'Planes Mistaken For Stars'? Try & listen to their tune 'Hollowpoint & Whiskey, it's on the 'F*** with Fire' Album. If you can't find it I'll send you the file :)

Ok....off to work now. :(

I have been so busy lately, I haven't had time to listen to that album.

I have listened to Pearl Jam, Alanis, and Linkin Park.

You know. ;-)

I know....it's ok ;P

The Alanis is still one of my favourites......good for those girlie angry moments.

This is not on the album that I sent you, but it's the one I'm playing at the moment :)

Alanis ~ Everything

The sounds the best I could find without delving into the relms of the crap Harry Potter slideshow video

Don't think I sent the PMS album. It's just a little too mad.....even for me :))

Hope to speak to you properly later, that would be good :D

Here's the lyrics to Everything.....save you a job because she doen't sing the first part very clearly :)

Everything ~ Alanis Morisette

I can be an asshole of the grandest kind
I can withhold like it’s going out of style
I can be the moodiest baby and you’ve never met anyone
who is as negative as I am sometimes

I am the wisest woman you've ever met.
I am the kindest soul with whom you've connected.
I have the bravest heart that you've ever seen
And you've never met anyone
Who's as positive as I am sometimes.

You see everything, you see every part
You see all my light and you love my dark
You dig everything of which I'm ashamed
There's not anything to which you can’t relate
And you’re still here

I blame everyone else, not my own partaking
My passive-aggressiveness can be devastating
I'm terrified and mistrusting
And you’ve never met anyone as,
As closed down as I am sometimes.

You see everything, you see every part
You see all my light and you love my dark
You dig everything of which I'm ashamed
There's not anything to which you can’t relate
And you’re still here

What I resist, persists, and speaks louder than I know
What I resist, you love, no matter how low or high I go

I'm the funniest woman you've ever known.
I am the dullest woman you've ever known.
I'm the most gorgeous woman you've ever known
And you've never met anyone as, as everything as I am sometimes.

You see everything, you see every part
You see all my light and you love my dark
You dig everything of which I'm ashamed
There's not anything to which you can’t relate
And you’re still here

And you’re still here
And you're still here...

I can't find the music thread, so this must be it, I hope

Dusty Springfield - I Just Don't Know What to do With Myself

(This is for my ice girl.

I miss her, wherever she is. I hope she can find me soon. I left her a note on Pluto, I hope she gets it. If she looks on Europa, I forgot to leave one there. I hope she goes back to Pluto, and finds my note. To come here to Mars. This is Mars, right?)

Creed- My Own Prison

Lyrics:

A court is in session, A verdict is in
No appeal on the docket today
Just my own sin
The walls are cold and pale
The cage made of steel
Screams fill the room
Alone I drop and kneel
Silence now the sound
My breath the only motion around
Demons cluttering around
My face showing no emotion
Shackled by my sentence
Expecting no return
Here there is no penance
My skin begins to burn
So I held my head up high
Hiding hate that burns inside
Which only fuels their selfish pride
We're all held captive
Out from the sun
A sun that only shines on some
We the meek are all in one
I hear a thunder in the distance
See a vision of a cross
I feel the pain that was given
On a sad day of loss
A lion roars in the darkness
Only He holds the key
A light to free me from my own burden
And grant me life eternally
Should have been dead
On a Sunday morning
Banging my head
No time for mourning
Ain't got no time
So I held my head up high
Hiding hate that burns inside
Which only fuels their selfish pride
We're all held captive
Out from the sun
A sun that only shines on some
We the meek are all in one
I cry out to God
Seeking only his decision
Gabriel stands and confirms
I've created my own prison.
