Quick, throw a marzipan pic in your profile and get a screenshot of it on the main page. Add a special message to go with it.

Message 15169 - Posted: 23 Feb 2007, 23:40:46 UTC

I had my dog Emmy taken to the groomers to get her hair cut for the last of the warm weather.
When I picked her up they had added a bit extra.

She doesn't look pleased. Maybe the sob thread?

Hey, she was tired after the ordeal, poor dog.

And cocker spaniels do have this special "poor me" look in their eyes, that's why so many of them are too fat, they have too much success with their begging at the dinner table.

I had a cocker spaniel once, so I know how sad and self pitying they can look. My old dog:

Emmy is a cocktail spanier or a muensterlaender lady?

She does look a bit annoyed, I took them off after I took the photos.
She didn't like them, I suppose after living with me she's just not a girly girl type of dog.

So you think maybe she has become a little bit of a Tom Dog?
Maybe some debutante classes would help?

no, I don't want a fancy dog. One that will go for a walk with me in sun, rain or snow.

A Dog's Dog! Nice. That's the way it should be. I've had three dogs in my life. But none for atleast........um............wow, way too long. Cookie was the first, my Pop found him walking around a jobsite and adopted him. We figured half chihuahua and half terrier. Quiet as a mouse and fiercely loyal. He got old and his health was failing so we put him down humanely. Well......Painlessly atleast.

Yes, many many years of friendship and loyalty, then comes the inevitable pain.
I have photos everywhere.

Hey Red!
How about some more pics of Emmy?
Any action shots of her running down tourists?
