It's currently 81F* this side of my screen
5.8** degrees cooler. Lucky you :)

* Note that I used proper British temperatures, I don't go in for this continental metric malarkey.
Is it the maths? You just need to remember 3 numbers, and which way you're going with them... up-down-up; or down-up-down.

**Did you note I did what I wanted there...? cos I did ;)

A nice cool 63°F & thanks to that rain yesterday the max expected today will be 70°F.

Sadly until the temperature returns to normal, no more TV via the NAS box as it crashed yesterday - reason 158°F - ouch that'll teach me. :-(

Oh & I like using Irish numbers for the weather.

1: Brass monkeys
2: Hissing down (polite version)
3: Like a flipping sauna (polite version)

Some stuff about stuff that's been.

Not as energetic as that, but yes.

@Irish numbers:
*very ... slow ... blink* Do you think you'd all manage okay with a number four as well...? You know... for Toast? I'm not saying your NAS box was at 70 degrees obviously, but... ;)

Sunday morning win
I'll take the evening one then, and let you get on with other things...

Your atm looks much better now :)

Odd isn't it... how you can be doing something one moment... and then get distracted by something, and completely forget what it was that you'd just done, and why you'd done it, until after you start investigating "precisely what was in that bag that just fell on the floor..." and almost simultaneously get baffled by where all the coffee granules are coming from. That only lasts until the jar in your "unoccupied" hand is empty of course. .. and you then notice that.

Anyone know who we need to contact to ask if our 4 week drought can be brought to an end?

They probably finally decided that since there are no new apps to test (haven't been for a very very long time), there's no need to send out new work.

We'd have to camp out in the wilderness - somewhere like this this maybe...?

Did you mean this this like this or that this like this?
I don't remember that this, probably because it didn't happen like that. The this that came to be edited became this this by mistake.

It was supposed to be like that this that you just said - only it wasn't - which is how the except and everything else I said after that arose, marking the point at which the this did become this this... and was...

Wish me luck
Just read it slowly and you're bound to understand... eventually

Still on science... we have scutoids. So might fruit flies and zebra fish too - and as there hasn't been time to check everywhere... they could be anywhere... within reason.

Winning?
Or at least enough RAC, to keep trying.

"The Last Person To Post Here Wins", is the person with the highest RAC, I guess. :-)

So why not declare SusieQ the winner, and be done with it? :-)
The thread owner doesn't have many days left, being able to declare the winner.

Doesn't really matter who wins, or when, if there's no-one able to post on a new thread :-(

Let's all just enjoy chatting while we can. Cake anyone?

You are getting closer, but both the ice cream safe and the cigar box are still firmly locked shut.
