Hi, I'm on an old G5, I am now getting a computation error every time a WU starts. I am not technically minded, so I have no idea what to do and I couldn't get a result in search forums for 'output file absent.
This is the message I keep getting:

Wed 30 Dec 17:31:27 2015 | SETI@home Beta Test | Output file 06ap11ag.5721.21335.6.40.51_1_0 for task 06ap11ag.5721.21335.6.40.51_1 absent

If this problem is elsewhere in the forums, I couldn't find it so apologies for post.
Thanks in advance.

Looks like it's missing a library

a library is a collection of non-volatile resources used by computer programs from google search.

dyld: Library not loaded: /sw/lib/libfftw3f.3.dylib
Referenced from: /Library/Application Support/BOINC Data/slots/0/../../projects/setiweb.ssl.berkeley.edu_beta/setiathome_8.04_powerpc-apple-darwin
Reason: image not found

You might want to talk to or PM either TBar or Urs and ask them, Since they tend to be more familiar with Mac systems.

You can find them on the

https://setiweb.ssl.berkeley.edu/beta//forum_thread.php?id=2266

I don't think this area gets a lot of visitation.

Sorry I couldn't help more.
