As you have not reported your failing tasks, we can't see what the problem could be. More info please, TMR. _\|/_ U r s |

Thanks for the reply. They are marked as "suspended" and don't start by default. So I set on the preference "use GPU always" and they began to run and finished, and were validated. But I want to stop the client while I'm using the X Window. Is it possible with 7.0.65? Anyway Today Fedora 20 will be issued.... regards, Luckiest in the world. WMD = Weapon of Mass Distraction |

Thanks for the reply.Suspending wus is sometimes useful for beta testing, isn't it. So I set on the preference "use GPU always" and they began to run and finished, and were validated.Works so far like one would expect, does it. But I want to stop the client while I'm using the X Window. Is it possible with 7.0.65?If your using the BOINC manager 7.0.65 (default is unknown localisation) go to menu "Tools/Computing preferences/processor usage" and untick the "While computer is in use" and "Use GPU while computer is in use" checkboxes. Then you can set "Only after computer has been idle for x.xx minutes" to your need. If you look into the "exclusive applications" tab in the same window, there should be a link to Client_configuration. That page has all kinds of instructions for BOINC settings, including some basic commands for commandline usage and more. Hope i understood your problem correct. If you need more help, keep asking. Good luck with your update. _\|/_ U r s |
