Personal background
I've always thought I was from somewhere out there, but I have lived in midwest for more than two decades. My mom says I'm from Seattle. I enjoy sewing, painting, reading, and the Grateful Dead. I am currently working a part-time job and going back to school in January.

"The answer is never the answer. What's really interesting is the mystery. If you seek the mystery instead of the answer, you'll always be seeking. I've never seen anybody really find the answer-- they think they have, so they stop thinking. But the job is to seek mystery, evoke mystery, plant a garden in which strange plants grow and mysteries bloom. The need for mystery is greater than the need for an answer." -- Ken Kesey

Thoughts about SETI and SETI@home
I do believe extraterrestrial life exists. Who knows when and how humans will discover it. In my opinion we are closer than most think. Change could be either a benefit or danger (or both) of such a discovery. Our planet desperately needs change to survive. Higher consciousness is waiting for you!
Evolution is necessary.
