Personal background
Hello!
I'm Rasika from Sri Lanka and 30 years old (Still single hah!!!).
Currently holding a coordinating position at IDM Nations Campus, which is a reputable IT institute in Sri Lanka and before joining to IT Education, i worked as software engineer.

As an IT person, I do like network programming, parallel computing using C/C++ in BSD and Linux Systems specially in NetBSD and Ubuntu. Also i do love programming in Mac environment with Objective-C. (Kind of addicted to programming! he! he! )

As a hobbyist, in my spare time i develop 2D platform games using Lua programming language (Again programming !!). I also fond of traveling, hanging around with friends and family members. (I am a social person and at the same time a kind of a NERD!)

Watching movies (specially sci-fi movies and horror) and TV series (Sitcoms - like Big Bang Theory) also one of favorite things that i do.

Finally, i must say that i am strong believer in Extraterrestrial Intelligence and continue to believe in ET till death.

PEACE!

Thoughts about SETI and SETI@home
I am strong believer in Extraterrestrial Intelligence. Because of that i decided to contribute to SETI.

And I would love to give a message to people those who are hesitating a little bit to believe in the field of Extraterrestrial Intelligence.

IF YOU BELIEVE IN GOD WHO IS NOT IN EXISTENCE EVEN WITHOUT A LITTLE EVIDENCE, WHY CAN'T YOU BELIEVE IN Extraterrestrial Intelligence WITH A LITTLE EVIDENCE?
