| Thoughts about SETI and SETI@home |

I run SETI because I believe there is life other than us in the universe. I think it absurd that the majority of the scientific community would question this given the enormity of space and the vast number of stars and planets. One day, thier scepticism will appear to future generations (as the experts of the 14th century would proclaim the world flat and believed everything literaly revolved around our little planet) appear to us today. Not very scientific.
So I woild like to do my little part in finding the answer and hopefuly being present in the time of that inlightenment and awe. |
